Coffee and its related rituals in the office environment are able to provide value to enterprises that go beyond the sensory experience. A quality cup of coffee served in a pleasant atmosphere can empower employees, bring minds together through serendipitous encounters, provide inspiration and drive innovation. In this design-research project I defined the strategic directions for building sustainable customer value and defined fundamental elements for the optimal coffee corner.

At the Koffie Kiosk people can explore the world’s best single origins and enjoy comfortably.
